シメの嘴 Various Condition

24日、いつもの川沿いでセンサスを調査をしましたが、その調査中に見たシメの嘴の色が変化の途中のような装いでした。

少し鉛色が残っている　Changing colour beak of Hawfinch, from summer mode to winter' 

かと思うと、もう完全に嘴の色が冬モードの個体も確認。

10月23日のブログで、確認したシメの嘴がまだ夏羽モードの鉛色で驚いたので、その後はシメの嘴が気になっていましたが、それ以降、どうしてかシメの嘴をゆっくり観察できる機会に恵まれませんでした。

珍しいものではないですが、見たいものがなかなか確認できないときって、ありますね。

On 23rd October, I watched "summer mode" Hawfinch. I have minded when the beak colour changes.

I found a flock of Hawfinch in my patch when I was researching on 24th November, ,I could check the colour of beak.

Some birds perching on the top of tree were still remaining silver on its beak, and also I could find "winter mode" birds.

I enjoyed various condition birds in one flock and each different colour what we can see only this time.
