カッコウ First record for me

6月2日以降、時々カッコウの声を朝に聞くようになりました。
実は埼玉に移住して3年になりますが、カッコウの声を当地で聞くのは初めてです。

家にいることの多い私ですので、聞き逃しは少ないはずなのですが、地元の鳥類目録を見ると、減少しているもの記録は途絶えていないようなので、私が気づかなかっただけだけなのでしょう。

いずれにしても、身近な環境で鳥の声の種類が増えるのは嬉しいことですね。

After 2nd June, I sometimes listen the voices of Common Cuckoo in my house, in Saitama. It is the first record for me here.

It is difficult to fail to hear peaceful calling because I work in my house mainly. According to the report book of bird of my city, there are many record of common cuckoo, so probably they visit my city every summer, I think just I could not notice....

Anyway, I am happy to be able to "discover" by myself that the summer messenger comes around my house!
