多摩森林科学園 Tama Forest Science Garden

私は30年ぶりくらいの訪問ですが、スケッチをしに、
4月28日に多摩森林科学園に行ってきました。

後ほどスケッチは公開しますが、まずはご報告。

開園直後から入ったのですが、私よりも先に入園された方がいて

びっくり。ピークは過ぎたけれど、八重桜がきれいとのこと。

知る人ぞ知る、サクラのスポットですね。

サクラもいいですが、この園は山間にあり、

里山とは違った色があるのはどれだけ眺めていても飽きません。

やはり日本の豊かさの現れでしょうか。

鳥の姿は葉の陰になってあまり見えませんでしたが、

ムササビの食痕や林床の花々をたくさん見てきました。

オオルリやキビタキもよく鳴いていました。

園路はとても綺麗に整備されていて、前はこんなに歩きやすかったかな？

と。前に来たのは10代ですから、記憶が不確かなのでしょう。

I went to the Tokyo Tama Forest Science Garden in for sketching.
I recommend you to visit the Park when you come to Tokyo.
You can enjoy fresh air, Japanese nature, wildlife and
go there about only 1hour trip by train from Tokyo Station.

The park is famous to Cherry trees and many people come there to enjoy blossom.

I enjoyed both flowers and various green colour of forest.  

Summer birds were already singing a song perfectly, but it was not easy to find them because of leaves.
